A new film is going to be made under Chanikya Media banner featuring Uday Kiran and Swetha Basu Prasad. The film is directed by Subhaselvam and jointly produced by E Kumar and Eeswar Varaprasad. On this eve Uday Kiran’s birthday celebrations were held grandly at Green Park Hotel, Hyderabad.
Uday Kiran cut the cake in the presence of his latest heroine Swetha Basu Prasad, Chadalavada Srinivas Rao, Janardhan Maharshi, Subhaselvam, E Kumar and Eeswar Varaprasad.
Uday Kiran while speaking, “This is the first time a film announcement is being made on my birthday. Hence this moment will be an unforgettable one in my life. I was impressed with the director’s beautiful way of story narration. I’ve done many romantic films but this has a unique concept. Henceforth, people will start calling me as “Our Boy” instead of ‘Lover Boy’.
“After watching Uday Kiran’s film in Tamil, I decided that he is the right hero for this story. The story has a fresh concept and my ambition to direct a film in Telugu will be fulfilled soon”, informed director Subhaselvam.
Writer Janardhan Maharshi said, “I worked with the producers for the film ‘Sri Ramachandrulu’ in the past. This film too has good entertaining elements with good storyline”.
One of the producers Eeswar Varaprasad commented that this film will be made in such a way that it will remain as a birthday gift to Uday Kiran forever.
Swetha Basu Prasad conveyed the birthday wishes to Uday Kiran.
