A new film ‘Mangala’ with bubbly Charmi in title role has been launched today morning at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. To be produced under Mantra Entertainment banner, this film is going to take shape under the direction of ‘Mantra’ fame Osho Tulasiram. Dialogues are being written by Jandhyam Venkatesh and camera work will be done by Sivendra. Viswas, a lyricist as well as a singer who worked for about 70 films so far is going to compose tunes for ‘Mangala’.
Bellamkonda Suresh graced the film launching function and tapped the clap board. While Sairam Shankar switched on the camera and Sukumar directed the first shot.
Director Tulasiram says that he has come up with a different script after two years of gap and that ‘Mangala’ would also be different like his earlier film ‘Mantra’.
Charmi opines that since ‘Mantra’ was a big hit, the audience’s expectations would be above that level. According to her, the role she is essaying is as challenging as her role in ‘Mantra’. She says, “You all know how big hit was the song ‘Maha Maha’ in ‘Mantra’. Now there is also one song in ‘Mangala’ which would be bigger hit than that.”
