Audio of comedian turned hero Sunil starrer ‘Krishnashtami’ was launched grandly on January 9 at Rajahmundry in the presence of GIET College students and some prominent people of the film industry. Dinesh has provided wonderful music for this film. Directors Vamsi Paidipalli and Harish Shankar who graced the event as chief guests have launched audio CD. They also presented shields to the winners of short films and stories contest conducted to the students of GIET College. Dill Raju is producing the film under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations with Vasu Varma as director. Nikki Galrani and Dimple Chopade are playing female leads.
Speaking on the occasion, music director Dinesh said, “My first audio release function was held in a college. It has given me immense happiness. I have worked as keyboard player for many films. I’m thankful to all music directors. Dill Raju garu is my dream producer. I didn’t expect that my first film will be with Dill Raju garu. I’m thankful to Dill Raju garu and Vasu Varma garu for giving me this opportunity.”
Heroine Dimple Chopade said, “‘Krishnashtami’ is my fourth film in Telugu. I’m very happy to be working under Dill Raju’s banner. ‘Krishnashtami’ is my favorite festival and favorite film.”
On this occasion, cameraman Chota K Naidu said, “The film has a good story. You will see a new Sunil in ‘Krishnashtami’. This audio album is the best in Dill Raju’s career. The film will be like a Bollywood film.”
Heroine Nikki Galrani said, “I would like to thank Dill Raju garu for having given me the opportunity to act in ‘Krishnashtami’. I’m thankful to the director Vasu Varma for giving me the Pallavi character. I’ve learned a lot from Sunil garu. Dinesh garu has given good music. I’m very happy to be working with this wonderful team. I enjoyed a lot while shooting in Rajahmundry. I’m sure audience will also enjoy the film.”
Addressing the gathering, Dill Raju said, “Films are my big weakness. I wish ‘Krishnashtami’ will become big success. Each and every artist and technician have worked hard for the film as their own film. We are planning to release the film on February 5. I’m very sure that the film will impress everyone.”
Sunil explained, “I will be indebted to Raju garu forever. Chota K Naidu garu and Vasu Varma garu have presented me beautifully than ever. This film is a big film in my career. Dill Raju has given me the support which no one has given me till now in the industry. Each and every frame in the film will be hilarious. I’m very happy that Vamsi and Harish have graced the event.”
Director Vasu Varma stated, “I’m thankful to Dill Raju who trusted me and given this opportunity and I’m thankful to all artists and technicians who supported me.”
Vamsi, Harish Shankar and GIET College Chairman Chaitanya Raju and some others too spoke at the function and wished for the success of the film.
