Chikiri Chikiri, the first song from Ram Charan's Peddi, has surged to 46 million views within its first 24 hours. According to the banners producing the 2026 movie, this makes it the highest-viewed track ever in the history of Indian cinema.

The film has amassed those many views in four languages: Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada. The Telugu edition stands out as the top performer, eclipsing all prior 24-hour benchmarks in South Indian film songs by achieving the milestone in a mere 13 hours.

Now that the song from the Buchi Babu Sana directorial has gained explosive online traction, Peddi is evidently the crowd's favourite.

Peddi, produced jointly by Vriddhi Cinemas and Mythri Movie Makers, will head to theatres on 27 March 2026. It's going to be one of the biggest releases of the year, and possibly the biggest release in Ram Charan's career after RRR in 2022.
