Ram Charan Tej got injured while shooting for his forth-coming flick ‘Racha’. It’s learnt that the actor was hurt when he was rehearsing a dance step for a song in ‘Racha’. Initially he did not take it serious so after the first-aid he continued with the shooting. However as the pain in his leg got aggrevated by Thursday evening, the unit shifted him to Apollo hospital in Hyderabad. According to Dr K J Reddy, There was a blood clot due to the injury. Although no medical aid is required now, he needs to have a complete bed rest for 3 weeks. He can sit comfortably but he is not allowed to stand for long.
One of the producers N V Prasad informed the media stating that Ram Charan will not participate in the audio launching event on Sunday since he requires complete bed rest as per the doctor’s advice. The entire shooting part of ‘Racha’ will be completed with the shooting of one song.
