Nagarjuna’s ‘Damarukam’ has become Devisri Prasad’s milestone film in his film career. Yes! This young and energetic musician has successfully completed his 50th film with ‘Damarukam’, the audio of which was released on September 10th. He thanked M S Raju and Kodi Ramakrishna for encouraging him to come into film industry. Devisri recalled saying that M S Raju’s socio-fantasy film ‘Devi’ on spiritual backdrop was his debut film as music director and incidentally his 50th film ‘Damarukam’ also happened to be a socio-fantasy film on spiritual backdrop. In ‘Damarukam’ music launch event, Devisri even credited one of his band members Chitti for his contribution to his musical band and encouraging him right from his first film.
