Ileana was last seen in the City of Pearls during the promotion of her Bollywood debut movie ‘Barfi’. After a considerable break the actress visited the city again for inaugurating the Forever Jewellery Showroom at Taj Banjara. At this juncture she took the opportunity to address the media and clear all speculations about her leaving Tollywood for Bollywood. In her words, “Rumors that I’m leaving Tollywood are not true. I began my career 8 years ago in Tollywood and earned recognition only through this industry. I’m getting good opportunities in Telugu as well as Hindi. So I’m trying to balance my work both industries. I will be doing a Telugu movie shortly.”
Ileana is currently shooting for a Bollywood flick ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’ alongside Shahid Kapoor. Her last film in Telugu was Puri Jagannadh’s ’Devudu Chesina Manushulu’ opposite Ravi Teja which was released in 2012.
