Young hero Nikhil’s next is the Telugu remake of blockbuster Tamil flick ‘Kanithan’. Renowned producer Rajkumar is bankrolling the film. TN Santhosh, who directed the original version, is helming the Telugu remake too. Now, the latest update is that the film has went on floors today, i.e. on March 2. ‘Arjun Reddy’ actress Shalini Pandey has been reportedly finalised for the heroine role, but the makers are yet to make an announcement.
Sivamani will provide musical scores, while S Chinna with give BGM. Arvind Krishna will crank the camera. Meanwhile, Nikhil’s ongoing project, ‘Kirrak Party’ under debutant Sharan Koppisetty’s direction is gearing up for a March 16 release.
