The 'Legend' actor has distributed daily essentials to physically handicapped at the hospital. He is also providing free food to the staff and patients. It is really a good gesture by Balayya. That's why he is called a man with a big heart.
Recently, Balakrishna has donated Rs.50 lakhs each to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana CM relief funds and Rs.25 lakhs to Corona Crisis Charity (CCC) set up by Tollywood.
