The 'Sankranthi war' between two big ticket films, Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo has been getting intensified. Though there were fan wars, everything seemed fine when 11th Jan and 12th Jan were fixed as the release dates of the Mahesh Babu starrer and the Allu Arjun starrer respectively after discussions with the producers guild.
But with Allu Arjun putting pressure on his producers to release AVPL a day ahead of SLN, i.e., on 10th Jan, the problem started. The Trivikram directorial's release date was not mentioned in the recently released video promo of Samajavaragamana song and it has sparked speculations that the makers are indeed planning to release the movie on 10th Jan.
Now, interestingly, the makers of 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' have not mentioned the release date on the latest poster. They have only mentioned 'Sankranthi release 2020' on it. Speculations are rife that both the films will release on the same day either on 10th Jan or 11th Jan with both the heroes not ready to back off. If that happens, it will be one of the biggest clashes ever at the Tollywood box-office.
