Mahesh Babu says that he agreed to act in Sarileru Neekevvaru even before the release of F2. But after seeing F2 he wanted to work with Anil Ravipudi immediately. This excited Anil as well. So he completed the script and the film went on floors in June.

Sarileru was completed in a short time because of Anil's perfect planning. Also DSP and Randy have put in their 100 percent for this film. This is how the film was ready in record time.
Mahesh Babu has not taken any remuneration for this film. He wanted to make things easy. Mahesh Babu says playing a soldier was not easy. He had to workout and lose around six kgs. But it was all worth it, he adds.
Mahesh Babu has some good plans for future. Vamsi Paidipally will tell about them. There has been news that he will work with KGF director. But all this is in pipeline. He has not signed any new projects. If something exciting comes in he will do that.
After Sarileru, Mahesh Babu will take a break for three months. Post that Vamsi's film might take shape.
