Telangana CM KCR has given permission to resume film and TV shoots but they should be done in accordance with the Covid-19 lock-down norms. But the government has not permitted reopening of the theaters as it will be against the center's guidelines. The shootings should be done with a limited crew. The pending post production works can also be resumed now.
Recently, people from Telugu people film industry, including Megastar Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna Akkineni, SS Rajamouli, Trivikram Srinivas, Allu Aravind, Meher Ramesh, Koratala Siva have met KCR and discussed the issues being faced by people, especially daily wage workers, due to lack of work and assured him that given permissions, they are ready to shoot with a limited crew.
SS Rajamouli's 'RRR', starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi's 'Acharya', Balakrishna-Boyapati Srinu movie are among big movies, which are expected to start shooting.
