Niharika Konidela, who has been called the Mega Daughter of late, is back to taking up acting assignments. She has signed on the dotted line to do a fantasy web series with YouTuber Nikhil Vijayendra and director-producer Bhanu Rayudu. Announcing the project, Rayudu Chitralu has said that Anasuya Bharadwaj will be essaying a pivotal role in the untitled web series.
Its launch event on Friday was attended by Niharika's hubby Chaitanya Jonnalagadda, 'Baahubali' writer Vijayendra Prasad and VV Vinayak. "Our web series is a fantasy drama that will be quite novel. When I thought about who would be apt for the lead role, I felt Niharika alone can do full justice. So, I approached her with the script," the web drama's director has said.
The 2021 release also features Aastha Malik, Harika and Vasanth Sameer. Written by Shouryav, this one has Dhanush Bhaskar as the director of photography. Music is by Kalyan Malik.
