Ever since Vijay Deverakonda announced his next film, Liger, with director Puri Jagannadh, fans have been eagerly waiting to watch the flick on the big screens.
The shooting of this big-budget film, which halted due to pandemic, will resume once the lockdown is removed. Meanwhile, the interesting news about Liger is making rounds on the internet that the film got a staggering OTT offer.
Reports suggest an OTT platform offered a massive Rs 200 Cr for Liger's direct digital release and the satellite rights in all languages. Considering the craze of Vijay in Hindi, it is not a surprise that the makers get this mammoth money for skipping the theatrical release. The makers are said to be considering this offer.
Ananya Pandey plays the leading lady of the movie. Puri Jagan and Charmmee Kaur jointly produce the film.
