'Dahnam' is an upcoming movie in which Aditya Om will be seen in the role of a temple priest. The makers, unveiling his look today, said that he will be seen trying to save his temple from some evil-minded businessmen trying to snatch it from him.
The film is not a contemporary one but a story set in the 1980s. What kind of preparation did Aditya Om put in for the character? "He has pulled off a full-on transformation. In order to ace the role, Om has even learned long Sanskrit shlokas. He has approached the character with devotion," the makers said. FM Babai and Santhi Chandra are part of the cast.
The film, directed by Adari Murthy Sai, was filmed in Visakhapatnam. The director has tried to bring in the flavour of the movies of K Viswanath and Bapu.
