Sai Pallavi plays a Bengali woman in 'Shyam Singha Roy', starring Nani in the lead. Releasing it on Sunday, the makers said that the crazy project is being made on a huge budget.
The look, which features the 'Fidaa' actress in a traditional look, has gone viral. A lot of junior artists are also seen in the background, and the look pertains to a Durga Puja ceremony.
Like the 'Love Story' actress, the 'Tuck Jagadish' actor, too, is a Bengali in the movie. "Recently, 'SSR' was shot on a set spread over 10 acres in Hyderabad. Avinash Kolla designed it. With the schedule, major portions of the movie were completed," the makers said.
Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film will have Krithi Shetty and Madonna Sebastian as other heroines. Jisshu Sengupta, Murali Sharma, Abhinav Gomatam and Rahul Ravindran have other roles. Mickey J Meyer is its music director.
