Magnum opus RRR helmed by veteran filmmaker SS Rajamouli is in the news ever since the film is announced. As the film is all set to release on October 13, several reports are doing rounds that makers have planned to push the release date to 2022 because of a surge in COVID-19 cases.
The shooting is already halted due to the second wave of Covid and the lead actor Jr NTR has also tested positive for the pandemic.
The latest update is that the makers are set to start the shoot shortly after the lockdown is lifted. As per reports, the makers have three songs pending in the schedule. It is heard that one will be shot between Alia Bhatt and Ram Charan.
As per the buzz, another song is said to appear at the end of the film. The makers have also erected special sets at Saradhi Studio and Annapurna Studio to shot episodes between Ram Charan and Jr NTR. More details are awaited.
