Director Raj Rachakonda of 'Mallesham' fame has produced a film titled 'Paka'. Made in Malayalam, it is directed by Nithin Lukose, who was Mallesham's Sound Designer.
The news is that Rachakonda has collaborated with Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap to amplify 'Paka', whose caption is 'The River of Blood'.
The film tells a poignant story about people's simultaneous capacity for love and cruelty. The story, as the title and the tagline indicates, is laced with great depth and emotion, the makers say.
Its story is set in the backdrop of Wayanad in Kerala. Basil Paulose, Vinitha Koshy, Jose Kizhakkan, Athul John, Nithin George and Joseph Manickal are its cast.

The film has been selected for its world premiere on September 13th at the 46th edition of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
