Actors Ravi Teja and Vishnu Vishal (for the unversed, he is a Kollywood actor who was recently seen in 'FIR') have been good friends. The news is that the 'Krack' and 'Khiladi' actor is presenting one of Vishal's up-and-coming movies.
Titled 'Matti Kusthi', the film was announced today. Helmed by Chella Ayyavu, the project marks the coming together of RT Teamworks and Vishnu Vishal Studioz. The film goes on the floors this Wednesday. "I always love films centered around sports. Happy to present such a sports drama which is high on entertainment," wrote Ravi Teja on Twitter. The Telugu-Tamil bilingual is titled 'Gatta Kusthi' in Tamil.
As the title denotes, its story unfolds in the backdrop of wrestling. Also a family drama, the film has Aishwarya Lekshmi as the heroine.
'Radhe Shyam' and 'Dear Comrade' fame Justin Prabhakaran is on board to compose music. Richard M Nathan is cranking the camera.
