'Karthikeya 2', starring Nikhil Siddhartha, is directed by Chandoo Mondeti. Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Abhishek Agarwal, the film's theatrical trailer will drop on August 6.
The news is that the movie's theatrical release has been postponed by a day. Instead of August 12, it will be released on the 13th. The mystical thriller will benefit from Monday (Aug 15) being a national holiday.
An announcement to this effect will be made by afternoon by Nikhil himself at a presser in Hyderabad, reports say. The pan-India film needs to release in many theatres in the Telugu States to get the right momentum and to meet the demand of the audience. It seems the makers decided to vacate Aug 12 because Nithiin's 'Macherla Niyojakavargam' is getting a wide release.
'Karthikeya 2' will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
