Director James Cameron's epic sci-fi action drama 'Avatar 2' might have bored a section of the audience, but the film is rock solid at the box office nevertheless. Indians have largely embraced the movie, thanks to its unprecedented special effects.
The film has entered the Rs 200 Cr club (in Nett. terms) at the Indian box office. It is expected to add another Rs 100 Cr by the end of its life term.
On its second Friday (Dec 23), the film made Rs 12.50 Cr across languages, with a lion's share coming from the English version.
