Jr NTR has been outspoken in the 'RRR' pre-release interviews with media channels across India. In a recent interview, he was asked about the one song that he has been playing on repeat on his smartphone.
The 'Aravindha Sametha' actor said that he has been listening to 'Asha Pasham' from 'Care Of Kancharapalem'. The 2018 Telugu movie was critically-acclaimed. The song in question, possessing philosophical lyrics written by Vishwa, was sung by Anurag Kulkarni. At that time, Kulkarni had not sung super-hit songs like 'Ramuloo Ramulaa' ('Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo'). It took music director Sweekar Agasthi's talent and judgement to take the philosophical song to the next level.
Director Venkatesh Maha today tweeted that he is glad that 'Asha Pasham' from his directorial is Jr NTR's favourite.
