Ukrainian actress Maria Ryaboshapka has been cast as a Britisher who lands a job at a school where the male lead is working. The male lead's unorthodox teaching ways seem to attract her. They both fall in love with each other. The male lead's father, a comical social reformer played by Sathyaraj, is overjoyed that his son is in love with a foreigner. But things are not easy as the couple bump into their own set of problems.
