National media reports on Saturday said that Rana Daggubati and his father-producer Suresh Babu have been booked in an alleged land-grabbing case based on a complaint filed by businessman Pramod Kumar.
As per reports, the case was booked after the complainant approached the Nampally court. The allegation is that the father-son duo used force to get the complainant to vacate a piece of land pertaining to the Film Nagar Cooperative Society, Hyderabad.
As per a Sakshi TV report, summons has been issued to Rana and Suresh Babu. Besides a few others also received summons. The 'Baahubali' actor and his father must appear before the court on May 1.
At the time of writing, there was no official statement from the Daggubatis.
