The much-delayed Telugu remake of 'Vinodhaya Sitham' was launched about a week ago. At that time, director Samuthirakani, People Media Factory, ZEE Studios, Pawan Kalyan Creative Works, and Fortune Four Cinemas didn't reveal the cast details.
It's now official that Ketika Sharma and Priya Prakash Varrier will be seen in the film, with the former having a more consequential role. The latter was seen in Nithiin's 'Check' in 2021 but the film's disastrous run temporarily halted her career in Tollywood. The Malayalam beauty is now looking at a turnaround with PSPK's movie.
Subbaraju, Brahmanandam, Tanikella Bharani, Rohini, and Raja Chembolu are also playing different roles.
With Trivikram Srinivas, who is the remake's story, screenplay and dialogue writer, the film is expected to be top-notch. S Thaman (music director), Sujith Vaassudev (cinematographer), Navin Nooli (editor), and AS Prakash (production designer) are working on the project.
