Actor Chetan Maddineni turns a year older this Sunday. He has been around for the past six years. It was in 2016 that the youngster made his acting debut with 'Rojulu Maarayi'. 'Gulf', 'Beach Road Chetan' and '1st Rank Raju' form the rest of his filmography.
The news is that Chetan is ready with a new film, which is slated to hit the cinemas later this year. After directing 'Beach Road Chetan' as an experimental movie and after playing a comical role in '1st Rank Raju', Chetan is looking at delivering a dekko with his fifth movie as a leading actor.
"I am glad to be making a comeback after a hiatus. I want to do films for the big screen. My previous film has been going great guns on Amazon Prime Video," says Chetan, revealing that he used his sabbatical to get trained in acting at an institute in Los Angeles.
Equipped with method acting, Chetan is now gearing up for the release of a movie written by Gopi Mohan of 'Dookudu' and 'Dhee' fame. Shot in Poland, the film is produced by the hero himself. Helmed by Sai Kishore Macha, it will be reminiscent of entertainers like Srinu Vaitla's 'Ready', 'Dhee', and Venu Thottempudi's 'Chirunavvutho'.
With music by Gopi Sundar, this one stars Hebah Patel as the heroine.
