Director Sai Rajesh Neelam of the recent 'Baby' fame today announced that he and producer SKN of 'Taxiwala' and 'Baby' fame are going to bring out six hard-hitting love stories. 'Colour Photo' (Aha release) and the recent 'Baby' are two of them. Of the rest four, two have already been announced. The first one stars Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi Chaitanya. The second one stars Santosh Shoban and YouTube star Harika Alekya.
Speaking to the media on Monday, Sai Rajesh said that they are all Nibba-Nibbi love stories. "Whether they are connected within a cinematic universe is something I am going to discuss later," the writer-director-producer said.
Not all four films are going to be directed by him necessarily. But they will be written and co-produced by him.
Rajesh wouldn't have used the term 'cinematic universe' if he didn't have something in mind. If this is indeed a romantic cinematic universe, the 'SRCU' might as well herald a new trend in Telugu cinema.
