Director Sreenu Vaitla has worked with big stars like Mahesh Babu ('Dookudu', 'Aagadu'), Jr NTR ('Baadshah'), Ram Charan ('Bruce Lee') and Venkatesh ('Namo Venkatesa'), but the most top-billed episode of his career is in a Ravi Teja-starrer. The train episode in 'Venky' is one of the biggest laugh riots of all time.
Vaitla, whose career has been dragged down by a series of flops, is now relying on a gags-filled train episode in his next. Starring Gopichand in the lead, the entertainer will head to the theatres later this year. In his latest social media post, Vaitla revealed that he is excited about the episode that takes place in a moving train in the untitled movie of the 'Seetimaarr' and 'Ramabanam' actor.
"I am overwhelmed by the fact that my film 'Venky' continues to be close to the audience till today. The response (for the re-release on December 30) is truly amazing and I have no words to describe the happiness. As much as our effort, it is your taste and love that made the rerelease also a blockbuster!! My special thanks to the memers for placing the scenes/images of Venky so fresh on the minds of film lovers!! This gives me extra motivation and responsibility to make my current film more enjoyable. I can't resist revealing this exciting news: Coincidentally there is a celebration of Train Journey in our ongoing movie with Gopichand too!! (sic)," Vaitla wrote.
