While the reveal might excite the fans of the 'Kalki' duology, one wonders what is the point. Will the other six complexes be explored in the second part to create a distinct visual experience? Will those many mean anything for the advancement of the plot? Will those many more complexes mean anything for the dystopian nature of the epic action entertainer?
Starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and others, the film will stream on OTT from the first week of September. Recently, producer Bunny Vas of GA2 Pictures stated that the film's collections would have been much more had it not been for the percolation of OTT. The makers of the film, a few days earlier, had clarified that 'Kalki 2898 AD' won't arrive on OTT after the end of the four-week window.
