'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' is going to be released in two parts. The Teaser for the first installment was released today by presenter AM Ratnam. Interestingly, the film has been credited to two directors: Krish Jagarlamudi and Jyothi Krishna. The latter is rumored to be canning pending portions this year.
Pawan Kalyan plays an outlawed hero who takes on the might of the tormentors in the Mughal era Nizam territory. From the iconic Charminar to sword fights, from the Red Fort to the Machilipatnam port, from evil laughs by the Nawabs/King to the language of poor vs rich, the Teaser is right on the money in terms of adhering to a formula. Pawan's character is introduced as a Godsend who is destined to save the poor from the clutches of their oppressors.
Produced by A Dayakar Rao under Mega Surya Production, the film's music is composed by MM Keeravaani. Also starring Nidhhi Agerwal, Nassar, Sunil, Raghu Babu, Subbaraju and Nora Fatehi, the cinematography is by Gnanashekar and Manoj Paramahamsa. Edited by Praveen KL, the songs have been written by Late 'Sirivennela' Seetharama Sastry and Oscar winner Chandrabose. Hari Hara Suthan, Sozo Studios, Unifi Media, and Metavfx are taking care of the VFX. Thota Tharani has done the production design. Brinda and Ganesh Master are the dance choreographers.
The duology is going to feature a range of fights. Sham Kaushal, Todor Lazaro JuJi, Ram-Laxman, Dhileep Subbarayan, and Vijay Master are going to mount the fights.
The first part will head to theatres this year itself.
