On Tuesday, actress Rashmika Mandanna praised the infrastructural glory in a brief interview with a news agency, sparking speculations that she was batting for the BJP government.
On Thursday, it became further clear that she is endorsing Narendra Modi. "South India to North India… West India to East India… Connecting people, connecting hearts!," the star heroine wrote on social media. She also urged the voters to vote for development.
Hours later, the Prime Minister himself quote-tweeted her. "Absolutely! Nothing more satisfying than connecting people and improving lives," Modi wrote.
