The media has been talking about a disputed residential property in Hyderabad which is claimed to be owned by Jr NTR. In the year 2003, Jr NTR bought the parcel of land on Road No. 75, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. He bought the land from one Geetha Lakshmi. The real estate property has been disputed by five different banks that had given loans on the same documents. The property is said to be worth Rs 24 Cr.
A while ago, Tarak's team clarified that the actor is no longer associated with the property. "This is with reference to the news which is published today with respect to Mr. NTR. We would like to clarify that the said property has been sold by Mr. NTR in the year 2013. We request you to avoid using Mr. NTR’s name in any reporting with respect to the said property," the 'Devara' actor's team said in a statement.
