SS Rjamouli is currently filming his dream project ‘Eega’ with Nani, Samantha and Sudeep in the lead. The shooting is presently progressing in Hyderabad. A few days ago there were rumors that ‘Eega’ is based on the Hollywood film ‘Fly’. But Rajamouli rubbishes the rumors saying that ‘Eega’ is a fantasy flick and that it has no connection with the Hollywood flick.
Rajamouli tweeted: "Went through synopsis of ‘Fly’ and ‘Fly 2’ in Wikipedia and found that they are sci-fi horror thrillers. Where as Eega is a fantasy flick and absolutely has no connection with them."
The story of ‘Eega’ is about how the hero is reborn as a housefly and takes revenge on the villain who killed him in the last birth.
