SS Rajamouli participated in the pre-release event of an upcoming movie on Monday evening. On the occasion, he described Eega as his best film to date.
While Baahubali: The Conclusion is his biggest commercial hit, followed by RRR and Baahubali: The Beginning, Rajamouli regards the Samantha-Sudeepa-Nani movie as his best-ever.
The celebrated director also said that Sye was made with conviction. "After a mass film like Simhadri, everyone expected me to make another mass film. But I made a film that had a less-known sport like Rugby at the centre," Rajamouli said. Nithiin headlined Sye.
Rajamouli's Baahubali: The Epic (the two Baahubali movies rolled into one) will head to theatres on October 31. Its run-time has yet to be locked.
