Choreographer cum director
Raghava Lawrence is acting and directing a film titled ‘Kanchana’ with
Lakshmi Rai as his costar. This is a bilingual film being made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil languages. The Telugu version is being produced by Bellamkonda Suresh under Sri Saiganesh Productions (P) Ltd. In a press meet held on Sunday evening
Bellamkonda Suresh said, “This is the sequel to Lawrence’s previous film ‘Muni’. It’s a horror thriller in which Lawrence will be seen in a special get-up which would be the main attraction of the film. Right now two songs are being shot in Ramoji Film City with which the shooting part will come to an end. We are planning to release the film on July 14th and the audio will be available in the market from Monday onwards. SS Thaman scored the music. Other prominent star cast is Sarath Kumar, Sreeman, Kovai Sarala, Jyothi, etc.
