‘Kolimi’ starring Shivaji in the lead role is being made on Telangana Movement backdrop. Prominent star Ramyakrishna is playing a key role in this film which is taking shape under the direction of Nagendra. G Uma Parvathy and P Lawanya Reddy are jointly producing it under Charitra Creations banner. So far the film unit completed 50% of the shooting. According to producers, the shooting was held in Hyderabad and Warangal. The 2nd schedule which will begin on November 3rd will continue till the entire film will be shot. The producer informed that the audio will be release in the 2nd week of November. The director claims that TRS chief KCR is writing two songs for this film.
While Shivaji is portraying the role of a P.G. student other stars include Telangana Sakuntala, Chitram Sreenu, Aleru Govardhan Reddy, etc.
