Dasari Padma, wife of Darsakaratna Dr Dasari Narayana Rao died today morning at Yasodha hospital in Hyderabad. She was admitted to the hospital two days ago due to illness. She was 65. Several politicians and film fraternity paid homage to Smt Dasari Padma at her residence and offered their condolences to Dasari Narayana Rao. The rituals will be held in their farm house near Chevella tomorrow morning.
Dasari Padma was the producer for many films which were directed by her husband Dasari Narayana Rao. She was also the president for women’s wing in Tamil Nadu Congress party few years ago. She also worked as the president of few workers unions in Tamil Nadu.
