April 25, Genelia to appear in AP High Court

It was recently reported that a customer by name Tirupataiah, who bought a duplex flat from a real estate company Anjaniputra Infrastructure Pvt Ltd., who used Genelia’s brand value to sale the flats. As the builder’s defaulted an FIR has been filed against them. But it seems Tirupataiah is hell bent in pulling Genelia also to the court. So he filed yet another petition challenging absence of FIR on Genelia. Now the court has no other option but to send a notice to Genelia to appear on April 25th either in person or through lawyer and explain why her name cannot be included in the list of accused.
