‘Rebel’ starring Prabhas, Tamannah and Deeksha Seth in lead roles and Krishnam Raju in a key role is taking a brisk shape under Lawrence direction. J Bhagawan and K Pulla Rao are jointly producing this film on Si Balaji Cine Media banner. Accoridng to them they have spent around Rs 2 crores for a flash back episode which they shot at Shamshabad for two weeks. Rs 25 lakhs were spent on a huge set with Goddess Kali idol of 20 feet height. In this flash back episode Rebelstar Krishnamraju, young rebel star Prabhas, Deeksha Seth, Prabha, Mukesh Rushi and Supreet participated along with 100 fighters and 1000 junior artists. “This flash back episode with techinically high sound will be the highlight of the film. The next schedule will start on 16th March in Ramoji Film City. We are planning the climax scenes on a higher level for 15 days from 29th onwards, followed by two songs shoot in Paris and a song on a huge set. The entire shooting will be completed by April end. This RS 40 crores budgeted film will be the highest budget film in Prabhas’s career. We are planning to release ‘Rebel’ in June 2nd week and this film in
Prabhas and Lawerence combination will become a sensational hit”, said the producer.
