Music director Chakri’s father Jilla Venkata Narayana passed away on Thurday morning. He was 73. Sri Venkata Narayana breathed his last soon after complaining a chest pain on the early morning of Thursday, the 1st of November.
Chakri, who was in Malaysia returned back to Hyderabad today to perform the final rites.
Venkata Narayana joined films after his retirement as government teacher. He acted in quite a few films like ‘Gopi Gopika Godavari’, ‘Veedu Teda’, ‘Ranga The Donga’ and ‘Devaraya’ besides singing couple of songs under his son’s music composition.
