Ravi Teja's nephew Maadhav's 'Mr. Idiot' co-stars Simran Sharma as the female lead. On Monday, a romantic song titled 'Kavalayya' from the movie was unveiled digitally by composer SS Thaman.
Set to tune by Anup Rubens, the Mangli-rendered song has a touch of sensuality. Baskharabhatla's lyrics are impressive. Usually, it is the male partner who does the wooing job, but 'Kavalayya' does a role reversal. The heroine gets down to the job of pampering her sweetheart.
'Mr. Idiot' is benefitting from the coming together of the right voices. 'Naatu Naatu' fame singer Rahul Sipliganj rendered 'Kanthara Kantbara' in the film recently.
Producer JJR Ravichand and director Gowri Ronanki are elated with the response to the songs. The cinematography is by Ram. Art direction is by Kiran Kumar Manne. Editing is by Viplav Nyshadham.
The makers are planning to release 'Mr. Idiot' later this year. Three more songs from the love story will be released.
