‘Naayak’, in the combination of Ram Charan-VV Vinayak-DVV Danayya-SS Thaman released on January 9th as Sankranti gift to Telugu audience and running in theaters with success talk and tremendous box-office collections. This Ram Charan-Kajal-Amala Paul starrer also completed 2nd week successfully. In this regard, the film unit is planning success tour on Sunday in a special flight to thank the audience for making their film a big hit.
In a press meet held today producer DVV Danayya said, “On behalf of the entire ‘Naayak’ team I thank the audience for making it a grand success. Response from family audience is tremendous during these festival holidays. There is also repeat audience for the film. Ram Charan’s performance is the main attraction. ‘Naayak’ is the biggest hit in VV Vinayak and Ram Charan’s career. On the eve of the film’s success our entire team will go on success team to Tirupathi, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry and Vizag in a special flight.”
Speaking further he clarified about the controversy on using Gandi Babji’s name in the film. He said, “Gandi Babji garu’s name was used in the film for Rahul Dev’s character which was unintential. I apologize him if he is hurt by that.”
According to presenter Radha Krishna, Ram Charan’s performance, Brahmanandam, Posani Krishna Murali, M S Narayana and Jaya Prakash Narayana’s comedy and Thaman’s music are the main highlights.
