As the promos of ‘Manam’ indicate, Naga Chaitanya is pretty much playing the cool college guy of present generation with no flashback sequences to provide a back-story. Nevertheless his character will depict multiple shades. But what’s challenging to him is the climax part involving him and Samantha. The TOI report says Naga Chaitanya revealed his character in ‘Manam’ and that he said the climax scene is one of the main highlights to watch out for.
‘Manam’ is no doubt a family entertainer, with heroes from three generations of one family. While we are aware of the two pairs Nagarjuna-Shriya Saran and Naga Chaitanya-Samantha in the film, the unit maintains the suspense regarding Akkineni Nageshwara Rao’s pair as the movie trailer appears puzzle-like story. Written and directed by ‘Ishq’ fame Vikram Kumar and produced by Nagarjuna on Annapurna Studios banner with Reliance as its presenter, ‘Manam’ is hitting screens in USA on May 22 and in India on May 23rd. The premiere in Prasad IMAX, Hyderabad will kick off on May 22nd.
