We all know that two decades ago, family movies director SV Krishna Reddy’s ‘Yamaleela 2’ was a sensational hit. Now, with the blessings of senior producer Achchi Reddy, ‘Yamaleela 2’ is being produced under Krishvi Films banner with SV Krishna Reddy as director and DS Max as presenter. We will see Collection King Mohan Babu in Yamudu getup and Brahmanadam is playing the role of Chithragupthudu. Dr. KV Sathish is being introduced as hero, while Diah Nicolas is playing the female lead role. At present post-production works are in progress and the makers are making preparations for a grand audio launch on October 26th in the presence of prominent people and fans at Shilpa kala Vedika in Hyderabad.
SV Krishna Reddy, who carved a special image for himself by directing family movies, and also the director of ‘Yamaleela 2’, said, “I’m very happy that after sensational hit ‘Yemaleela’, I’m coming out with ‘Yemaleela 2’ after two decades. I’m crafting ‘Yamaleela 2’ wonderfully as a commercial movie with a completely new story and not on the same lines of ‘Yamaleela’. Mohan Babu and Brahmanadam’s support is unforgettable. At present, post-production works are in progress.”
Achchi Reddy said, “Right now, post-production works are going on steadily. SV Krishna Reddy is crafting the film as a commercial entertainer in his own style.”
Hero Dr. KV Sathish stated, “Cinema is not my career, it’s my interest. I’ve learned a lot from movies. But, since I was busy with my business, I didn’t find time to act in films. Not only I, super heroes like Achchi Reddy, Krishna Reddy, Mohan Babu and Brahmanadam have worked for the film. It’s all team work. At present, post-production works are in progress and I’m very happy to be part of this wonderful project.”
Co-producer D Arun Kumar said, “We have completed the talkie part of ‘Yemaleela 2’ in a very pleasant conditions and now post-productions works are going on. ‘Yamaleela 2’ is being made as one of the high budget movies in Telugu. I’m very confident that the film will entertain everyone. We are planning for a grand audio launch on October 26th at Shilpa kala Vedika in Hyderabad. After completing all formalities related to the film, we are planning to release the film in November.”
