Swadeshi Group came forward to do their bit for the development of Telugu Film Industry. Swadeshi Group unit project director Moturi Krishna Prasad has informed that they are arranging revolving fund with nearly Rs 1000 Crores for the development of Telugu Film Industry. He briefed about their future plans at the press meet held in Hyderabad.
“There is a problem with lack of theaters in Telugu film industry. Many films came to a stop without releasing. We are making preparations to establish over 100 theaters in Andhra and Telangana areas in order to eradicate theaters problem. In America, there is a theater for every 7800 people, while in China there is one for every 40,000 people. But, in our country there is only one theater for 98,000 people. To put an end to this problem, we are planning to build a theater for every 20,000 to 30,000 people. Many theaters are turning into godowns or marriage halls due to lack of budget to update them technically. So, we have decided to build theaters with high-end technology. Land acquisition programs are also going on. You will have 2 theaters, Swadeshi Super Bazar and Health Care Center in Swadeshi Shopping Malls. Costumers will get vegetables and groceries directly from the farmers. It needs nearly 10,000 investment. We are also planning to build International Film Trade Center and International Film Convention. So that we can celebrate film related functions and other private functions here. With the help of Film Trade Center, we can do business with a goodwill environment. We are going to establish Indian Institute of Media and Film Training Institute for aspiring artists related to 24 departments. The institute will be far better than the Pune Institute. We are going to take the whole responsibility, starting from the film launching day till the release. Our primary aim is to bring good films as per the audience taste. We are taking our project forward with the support of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments. We will arrange an advisory committee with the bigwigs of the film industry like Dasari Narayana Rao garu, Raghavendra Rao garu and Tammareddy Bharadwaja garu and few others.
