Vipul and Harshita as the lead pair, Jadav Rajesh Babu, Pagadala Krishnam Raju and Tiruvaipati Ravi Teja are jointly producing a film titled ‘Kannayya’ on Poppins Entertainment banner. Apart from playing the lead role, Vipul is directing the film.
Briefing about the film’s details, director and hero of the film Vipul said, “The title ‘Kannayya’ was given to the film according to the story. You must watch the film to know the reason behind choosing this title. I worked as an assistant director at Multidimension Vasu garu for the films like ‘Love Cycle’. The film is based on human relations. The film goes on in the lines of ‘Gamyam’ and ‘Vedam’ which are based on human relations. The film runs with the point subconscious memory. I played an orphan in this film. My role is totally opposite to Kannayya name. Hero tries to commit suicide as he has no relations. What happens next?-makes the story of ‘Kannayya’. It’s a never touched before point. The point subconscious is the highlight for the film. Heroine Harshita has given stupendous performance. Playing hero and handling direction is like a double dhamaka to me. There are five songs in the film. ‘Kannaya’ has completed censor formality and received ‘U/A’ certificate.”
