Maganti Srinath and Pallavi as the lead pair, 'Samayam' is being made under Misimi Creations banner. The film is being produced by Gadda Ramesh, while RJY Sri Raja is director. Edla Jayapal Reddy is handling the responsibilities as co-producer. Meanwhile, the film has wrapped up shooting and presently busy with post-production works. The film unit is planning to release the audio soon and bring the film to audience in the last week of June.
Updating the progress of the film, producer Gadda Ramesh said, “Basically I am an investment banking employ. Having great passion on films I entered into production department. I am continuing my job on one side and completed the film on the other side. Director has moulded the film wonderfully within the estimated budget and time with perfect planning. The film came out wonderfully than we expected. Personally, I have interest on lyrics. All songs in the film were penned by me. One song is specially to describe the greatness of Hyderabad and I wish this will stand out as special attraction to ‘Samayam’.”
Briefing about the film’s details, director RJY Sri Raja said, “I am thankful to the producer Gadda Ramesh for having given me the first opportunity to direct ‘Samayam’. We are able to complete the film within the estimated time and budget only with the support of producer. ‘Samayam’ has been carved out as a love and adventure thriller. The film goes on in a thrilling mode from starting till the end. Screenplay will be in new style twist and spoiler. The story has been presented in a reverse screenplay process. You will fide such kind of films rarely. The film goes on with unexpected twists and turns in suspense mode. Srinath and Pallavi have acted well. The chemistry between them worked out well. Ajay Ghosh, Ravi Prakash and Teja played key roles.”
