The government of Telangana’s brilliant initiative Haritha Haram is to promote greenery in the state. It’s an initiative which was launched by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. Over the past few weeks, a number of celebrities have come together in support of the initiative. After celebs like Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Lakshman, Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli and others, now Megastar Chiranjeevi also joined the bandwagon. Chiru was nominated by NTV Chairman Narendra Chowdary.
Chiranjeevi planted three saplings at his house premises. Chiru encouraged everyone to take up the challenge and make our world greener. He said that accepting this challenge has made him to do a honorable work towards environment protection. Chiranjeevi has now nominated Big Amitabh Bachchan, media legend Ramoji Rao, Power Star Pawan Kalyan to take up the challenge.
