Sci-fi action is a rare genre in Telugu cinema. A new film belonging to this appealing genre has been announced by a team of passionate people. Titled 'Peanut Diamond', this one is penned and helmed by Venkatesh Triparna.
Making the announcement, the makers have revealed cast and crew details. Abhinav Sardhar, Ram Karthik, Chandini Tamilarasan and Shaani Salmon will be seen in main roles.
Producers Abhinav Sardhar and Venkatesh Triparna (also the film's director) revealed that the film's story is set in two different time periods. "While one story is set in 1989, the other story that runs concurrently is set in 2020. What is the connection between these two stories and the reason behind the title will be quite interesting to watch," they said.
'Peanut Diamond' went on the floors in Hyderabad on Friday. Its upcoming schedules will take place in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Vizag.
Music is by Bheems Ceciroleo, who has previously worked on hits like 'Bengal Tiger'. J Prabhakara Reddy is taking care of the cinematography department. Fights are by Shankkar U. The director has also penned its story, screenplay and dialogues.
