'Lingoccha', an entertainer starring Karthik Ratnam of 'Care Of Kancharapalem' fame and others, is directed by Anand Bada. The news is that actor Vishwak Sen has unveiled its teaser marking Vijayadasami.
"We are happy to say that the lead man and Supyarde Singh have emoted naturally. Kunal Kaushik, Uttej, comedians Tagubothu Ramesh, Fish Venkat, Mimicry Murthy, Sagar and others, too, have delivered natural performances. We never thought of entering the film industry and producing a movie. But director Anand Bada's story made us take up the project," producer Yadagiri Raju wrote.
The director said that everyone was puzzled by the title of the film. "But once they came to know that it's a street sport that is popular across regions, they liked it. The film has a lingoccha backdrop. It is the game of the seven stone also know as lagori, peeto, seven stones etc depending on the local dialect. The hero will be seen as Dhagad Shiva. The energy of him and his batch is what the teaser brings out," he said. "The performances of Baby Fidaa Moghal and Prem Suman as childhood versions of the lead pair are so good," he added.
Written by Uday Madineni, the film has music by Because Raj. Cinematography is by Rakesh Goud, while editing is by Koundinya Nag. Choreography is by Bhanu Master.
